I. Introduction:
GD-706 Autoignition Temperature Testing Machine is designed and made as per industrial standard DL/T 706-1999 Test method for auto-ignition temperature of fire-resistant fluid used for power plant of People's Republic of China.
GD-706 Autoignition Temperature Testing Machine is used to determine the self-ignition temperature of fire resistant oils used in the speed regulating system of power set which is over 30MW.
Ⅱ. Main Features:
This instrument adopts advanced AI manmade and intelligent regulator to control temperature to make the temperature inside the vessel reach a heat balance. The flasks of the top, middle and bottom parts temperature error control within 1 ℃
The instrument uses a retroreflector to observe the burning point of fire-resistant oil, convenient and reliable.
The instrument is newly designed and easy to use. The performance is good and stable. It is suitable to determine the self-ignition point of fire resistant oil and other similar kinds of special oils.
The greatest feature of this instrument are: use intelligent temperature regulation and control technology, the test flasks of the top, middle and bottom parts temperature error controlled within 1 ℃.
