Rounded Steel & Aluminium Ridge Cap Sheet Roll Former with Pressed Steps
Introduction
This metal rollformer machine is manufacturing round profile steel or aluminum ridge capping sheets with steps, which are mostly installed together with step roofing tiles. Both of the step pressing mould and cutting blades are made by Cr12 mould steel with a better hardness and lifespan. This ridge caps roll former adopts Mitsubishi PLC, inveter and touching screen to realize a easy operation method. Miniumum only one worker can operate this machine for the mass production. The rollers are coated with 0.05mm thick chrome to guarantee more than 10 years lifespan.
