From W-Beam to Thrie Beam, we are making high-performance machines that turn out the guardrail industry's proven designs reliably and economically. The guard rail roll forming system we designed and manufactured is rolling 2.5-3.2mm thick steel strips into both Thrie Beam and W-Beam profiles. Our guardrail manufacturing machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC control system and gear box transimission system to provide guardrail manufacturers with a low-maintenance, high-production system capable of providing good punch patterns with an economical and efficient hydraulic punching system.
