1 Introduction

CQF Coarse Fiber Separator is an ideal separating equipment for the coarse fiber mixed in the

rubber granules from the rubber chip grinder to improve the purity of the rubber for the next

rubber powder milling process. It mainly consists of Sucking Mouth, Air Volume

Adjusting Door, Flexible Pipes, Draught Fan, Body 2 Frame,

Cyclone, etc.

2 Structure and Principle

Relationship between fineness and application of rubber power
8~20 mesh: Mainly used in pavement of track, road cushion layer, base plate, lawn, paving elastic layer, athlectic ground, etc.
30~40 mesh: Mainly used in producing reclaimed rubber and rubber board,

modifying rubber power, paving roads, etc.
40~60 mesh: Called fine rubber power, used in filling of rubber products, modifying of plastic, etc.
60~80mesh: Called refined rubber power, used in automobile tires,

rubber products, construction materials and so on.
80~200 mesh: Called subtle rubber power, used in rubber products,

military products and so on.
