This Model use high hardness carbide for the tip of cutting pick, ensure the abrasive resistance.
Using the independent high temperature solder.
The welding temperature can be more than 1100 to avoid the carbide tip fall off when drilling.
The hardness of lower section is HRC42. This technology is to increase the abrasion, anf prevent the lower section break from the high strength impact.
Using the advanced heat-treatment technology to depart the product in 2 sections with different hardness, the hardness of upper section is HDR52.
