Working Principle
Membrane separation oxygen-making technology depends on the different permeability of nitrogen, oxygen, etc. in the air. When they are penetrating through the membrane, oxygen with rapid permeability permeates through the membrane first and become oxygen-rich gas so as to realize separation of oxygen and nitrogen; this method can get oxygen-rich gas as well as nitrogen through membrane method.

Oxygen purity in secondary system: ≤ 90%
When the oxygen purity is about 30% and the scale is less than 1,5000 Nm3/h, the cost of investment, maintenance and operation in membrane method is only 65%~75% of the cost of cryogenic method and PSA method, furthermore, the less of the scale, the more economic of the membrane method.
