Prepainted galvalume steel coil is based on hot dip galvalume.In the field of architecture, PPGL is a decorative material.
Structure of decorative galvanized steel sheet :
*Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier film to enhance long-term durability.
*Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance.
*Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance.
*Zinc coating for added corrosion resistance.
*Base steel sheet.

How to order?
coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil
a. color
Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample
b. thickness
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width
We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
d. paint thickness
Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of Zn coating
We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.
f. with film or not
Without film is the most selection

Payment
a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
