The Features of Single Screw Plastic Pipe and Irregular Profile Extruder
(1) The production line of this series, composed by extruder, dies and assistant
machines, are widely used in the manufacturing various tubes and profile products.
(2) Applicable materials: PC, PA, PP, PE, PS, CA, ABS, POM, PVC, PMMA .
(3) Specially designed screw and barrel guarantee the high speed extrusion with super
plasticizing quality. The tri-D electric-driven vacuum calibration tan can be adjusted
both in traverse and longitude directions mechanically, which assures the accurate
forming capacity.
(4) Owing to using inverter and wearable caterpillar track or belts, the performance of
the haul-off unit can be highly stable and fast.
(5) The cutter and extruder can work simultaneously. It can meet the demands of
various products.
