Ⅰ. Standard Configuration:
1. Rack and Wall:
(1) Rack is soldered with profile steel and steel board;
(2) Wall is consisted of door board that is movable.
2. Heating Oven:
(1). Up and down heaters of oven are all made from ceramic, the wall of oven is movable steel door;
(2) Up and down dual heating device is adopted to heat PS foam sheet, there are total 24 temperature control zones.
3. Vacuum System:
(1) Main air routing is soldered with no-seam steel pipe, with a set of stainless steel ball valve and electromagnetic valve;
(2) Vacuum jar is made from steel board, 0.23 m³;
(3) Vacuum impeller pump, motor 4.0Kw;
(4) Vacuum capability: max.-0.1Mpa·50L/S.
4. Hydraulic System:
(1) Oil tank with filtering device;
(2) Gear oil pump, motor 4.4Kw, with cooling device;
(3) Oil pipe is qualified for standing high temperature and high press, with a set of logic oil valve and electromagnetic valve;
(4) The driving oil cylinder of up and down mould Φ90.
5. Forming Mould Stage:
(1) Four-guide-pillars forming mould stage, base and mould stage made from 45# steel;
(2) Axle sleeve is made from cast iron, guide pillar is made from 45# steel through hammering and finely machining, plated with hard chrome;
(3) Heating mould board and cooling mould board per one;
(4) A set of forming mould;

Ⅰ. Stripper Frame
1. Frame is soldered with rectangle pipe and steel board;
2. The driving pneumatic cylinder of movable stripper plate;
3. The diameter of four guide pillars of movable stripper plate is as Φ35, four guide pillars are made from 45# steel bar through finely machining and tempering, its face is plated with hard chrome;
4. The moving position of movable stripper plate is controlled by travel switch and photocell eyes.
Ⅱ. Taking over Stage:
1. Base is soldered with groove steel and steel board;
2. Movable taking over board is driven by hydraulic cylinder up and down, hydraulic cylinder Φ63x350;
3. Movable taking over board is consisted of belt pulley and belt;
4. Belt pulley is soldered with steel pipe, plated with hard chrome;
5. The position of movable taking over board is controlled by photocell eyes;
6. Belt pulley is driven by motor with gear down box; the turning count of belt pulley is controlled by encoder.
Ⅲ.Conveying Stage
1. Rack is soldered with rectangle pipe and steel board;
2. Table board is consisted of belt pulley and belt;
3. Belt pulley is soldered with steel pipe, and plated with hard chrome;
4. Belt pulley is driven by motor with gear down box; the turning count of belt pulley is controlled by encoder.
