It is a prepayment platform for Electricity, Water and Gas utilities to provide service to consumers using any combination of  STS and AMI prepaid smart meters. It can be configured in a high availability cluster to provide enterprise scalability and reliability for  accomodation  up to one million pcs meters . The system can be customized into a small sized standalone vending software running on a officework level PC or be tailored to be a service provider centred vending server working through LAN /WAN or whatever convenient communication with satellite vending units ( point-of-sale kiosks).
