   Founded in 2004, Ningbo Royalwill Molds & Plastic Co. Ltd., specializes in designing and manufacturing large¬precise, complex and long-life plastic injection moulds, related to all kinds of automobiles, auto bikes, households, IT products, commodities, etc.  We have has annual production capacity of 500 units of injection moulds.

     In addition to using steel P20 from China, we stock steel from Thyssen (Germany) and P20, H13, S7,420SS from Assab (Sweden), and etc. We choose steel depending on customers’ requirements and longevity of moulds. We use standard components from China, DME, and HASCO. Moreover, we use hot-runner molds from YUDO, DME, INCOE and etc.Our philosophy is to work with our customers in a collaborative way to ensure high quality products and low costs.

With today’s business climate of compressed lead times, the moldmaker is taking more advantage of standardized mold bases, cavity inserts, components, designer options, and off-the-shelf accessories and is having the basic mold base supplier do more of the cavity pocket, waterline, and mold base machining. With more complicated tooling, including runnerless molding systems, the need to go with production- proven, off-the-shelf standardized components is increasing. These components will help the initial delivery and provide convenient and immediate availability of those items, should maintenance be required during the useful life of the mold.
