And we are also familiar with mold manufacturing standards from Japan, USA, Europe, and Australia and so on. With main equipment of vertical, horizontal and Gantry machining centers, CNC, EDM , Grinding machines.

    Our texture can follow Mold Tec and also can per customer sample. We can supply China mold base ,LKM mold base and DME mold base , we can supply DME hot runner, Syventive hot runner , etc . In addition to using steel P20 from China, we stock steel from Thyssen (Germany) and P20, H13, S7,420SS from Assab (Sweden), and etc. We choose steel depending on customers’ requirements and longevity of moulds. We use standard components from China, DME, and HASCO. Moreover, we use hot-runner molds from YUDO, DME, INCOE and etc.

The design of the mold is usually done by the molder and the mold maker. Mold makers vary from an individual owner with several helpers to plants with hundreds of employees. The quality of the mold bears no relation to the size of the shop. In selecting a mold maker, it is important to use one who has the best type of equipment for the job and who has had experience in building similar molds. Surveys have shown that mold makers are leaving the industry about three times faster than they are being replaced. This situation has greatly increased the use of computer aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems in mold making.
