Product Description
High grade Nylon Parting Locks Misumi Standard
1. Adjust the obligue screw which produces friction between mold board & resin to buffer open/close function between mold boards.
2. Use special import resin with good friction resistance & good heat resistance.
3. Put the resin into type 3mm higher the stability.
4. PLS grind the hole of the board of type 'face to face' to rebate insert hole of plate to avoid damage
5. Adjust screw into the neccessory strecth ability, after use a perid of time, PLS adjust again.
6. Please do not add any oil to avoid the reductin of friction resistance.
7. Allows adjustment of friction force the base plate and resin sleeve by tightening loosening,hetapered bolt,made of a high grade Nylon, his parting lock feature sexcellent corrosion and heat resistance properties.
