Product Description
Our strippable protective coatings are composed of ground coating and
over coating with different physical and chemical properties.
When firing in a roller kiln, the ground coatings become powder,
which don't peel off and react with rollers. Instead the over
coatings react by themselves to form a dense and hard shell to prevent
the melting glaze droplets from penetrating and eroding the rollers.
During the cleaning-up process, the over coating stained with glaze
droplets can be easily stripped to fragments, without any damage to
the ceramic rollers.
