CHARACTERISTIC 

The products are designed reformed on the imported equipment and their domestic usage. We have been granted the patent of utility model (patent No: ZL97 2 36765.9 and ZL97 2 36766.7). The products have solved the problems of inconvenience of line bar replacement and unadjustment of screw axial position. The characteristics are as following: 1.The separation efficiency is up to 96 percent through 98 percent. Granule of diameter 0.2mm and above can be separated; 2.The shaftless screw is used and no bearing in water so that maintenance is convenient; 3.Compact structure and light weight; 4.New type driver, of which the key part of reducer is the advanced shaft mounting type without coupling and easy to align the centreline. 5.The line bars are quick-mounting type so as to be installed easily; 6.Adjustable of screw axial position so as to adjust the safe space between the end and the tank.

STRUCTURE AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE

LSSF series sand-water separator as shown in diagram 1 is composed of shaftless screw, U type channel, water tank, flow guiding plate, driver, etc. The sand-water mixture shall enter the water tank from one terminal of the separator. The heavier granule such as sand shall deposit at the bottom of the channel. Driven by the screw, the sand shall be elevated along the U type channel. Going on being driven a distance after leaving the liquid, the sand shall be dehydrated completely followed by being transported to the sand bucket through sand outlet. The water separated from the sand shall be drained from the overflow outlet and sand to the water intake tank of the plant.
