Equipment composition and function

Fixture system

The fixture system mainly includes the basic structure parts,rotary table,servo motor and reducer,rotary clamping 

cylinder, front protective plate and so on. Its work flow is as follows:

Electric motor to drive the rotary disc stop, the operator will be gas cover is arranged on the support bars,the 

positioning core shaft position,then the electromagnet automatic vacuum tight,the turntable is rotated 180 degrees, 

the workpiece into the cutting area, robot to drive fiber three dimensional cutting head of a workpiece, cutting, 

cutting is completed, turntable rotation of 180 degrees, magnet demagnetization loosen, ejector cylinder will be on 

top of the workpiece, the operator unloading, and re clamping a workpiece.

The system is provided with a protective plate, the cutting area and the upper and lower material area are 

completely separated, and the operating personnel can be protected, and the safety is high.

Control system

Imported control system, the total control, the use of flexible, powerful, can be used to control a variety of devices 

to meet your automation needs. The S7-1200 design is compact, flexible, and powerful. The combination of these features makes it a perfect solution to 

control all kinds of applications.

CPU the microprocessor, integrated power, input and output circuit, built in PROFINET, high speed motion control 

I/O and the board load analog input into a design compact housing to form a powerful controller.

After you download the user program, CPU will contain the logic required to monitor the device in the application. 

CPU monitors the input and changes the output according to the user program logic, and the user program can 

include Boolean logic,counting,timing,complex mathematical operations and communication with other intelligent 

devices.
