Description
Characteristic of fiber laser
1). Automatic programming nesting software
Our nesting software has special angle mapping function; common cutting; automatic over cut bridging; large
workpiece segmentation and cutting function; automatic selecting optimum cutting condition function; cost
calculation function; statistical listing classification management and online programming functions; sharp corners
and small curvature special treatment, entire nesting, fully automatic/manual programming, fully automatic/manual
cutting path formation, parameter changing and other special functions; cutting data think tank.
2). Pneumatic Components
Imported SMC, BURKERT, NOGREN, FESTO company products
3). Electrical Components
SIEMENS, FUJI, Schneider, OMRON company components and Germany WAGO terminal blocks are adopted to
avoid poor contact due to vibration, which greatly improves the operation reliability of machine tool.
4). Lubrication Device
Equipment guide screw and guide rail are fully enclosed and protected by bellows to prevent precision transmission
parts from dust pollution. In addition, point-to-point
lubrication device (using Japan Flow Over Lubrication System) should be used; lubricating oil is lithium grease with
working pressure of 20KG. Therefore, service life of moving parts is greatly improved.
5): Three gases automatic switching system
The machine tool is equipped with three auxiliary gases simultaneously: nitrogen, air and oxygen. These three
auxiliary gases could be automatically controlled and freely switched by the computer. Therefore, no auxiliary time
is needed. It can cut carbon steel plate, stainless steel, nonferrous metal and timber organic glass and other materials.
Outline nitrogen net cutting and inner bore oxygen cutting can be carried out simultaneously on the same plate to
reduce cutting costs.
