Description:

 

A. Working table part :
Finishing → the bed overall welding , annealing to eliminate internal stress machining process for welding → to stress annealing roughing → VSR better solution to the stress generated by welding and machining , thus greatly improve the stability of the machine , and a long time to maintain the accuracy of the machine tool .
CNC system control servo motor drive moving beams to achieve the reciprocating motion of the X direction , fast-moving and feed movement ; screw and linear guide closed dustproof device .

 

B. Moving beam part :
The moving beams overall welding processing methods with the same bed to ensure accuracy .
Moving beams mounted in the bed paired precision linear guide . The beams above equipped with high quality linear guide , servo motor-driven screw driven Z-axis slide reciprocating Y direction ; uses the same shield protection screw and guide rail .

 

C.Workbench part :
The machine uses a single workbench consists of a welded frame , support the workpiece support grid above table load up to 500KG ; workbench a universal ball around , the workbench side-mounted sheet clamping device can be securely ground sheet fixed on the table , laser cutting board material does not move ;
Workbench equipped with dust exhaust device with dust ventilation system can effectively cutting regional soot discharged inside the bed . Equipped with the bottom of the table scrap cars , to facilitate waste removal .

 

D .Z - axis:


Z axis means :
Z-axis means is to achieve the vertical movement of the cutting head. The up and down movement of the cutting head is controlled by the numerical control system servo motor , motor-driven ball screw driven Z - axis slide down reciprocating motion to complete the Z - axis travel of 120mm ; the upper and lower ends proximity switch control stroke ball screw the bumper at both ends of the elastic cushion , to ensure the movement of the security .
The Z-axis can be used as a CNC axes separate interpolation movement , and X, Y axis linkage , and can be switched into the servo control , to meet the needs of different situations . Z-axis servo controlled by the CNC system , servo precision , good stability , so as to ensure the quality of the cut .
