Main Characteristic of the Machine
1. Mechanical Structure
Machine construction build with 12mm(T) square steel tube and 25mm(T) steel panel,backfire treatment cast
steel,those machine frame are customized by specialized mechanism company,the machine has nearly 5tons in
weight.
New Unti-rusty welding method can prevent the rusting of the welding joint of the frame.
High quality out-door using power coating frame suitable for industrial use.
2. Cutting Bed
Strip working table;high harden aluminum alloyed material,strong strip cutting table can give a max. Holding /
support of the metal sheet;other other hand,different from traditional steel saw-tooth table,the harden alum
alloyed material will reflect the laser beam,thus will not hurt the cutting table.
Special designed pneumatic wheel carriers ,the metal sheet to be cut may slide along the machine body for easy
loading.
Machine bottom with automatic stainless steel belt can roll out the cutting drops.
3. Automatic Focusing Height Follower
To avoid the defocussing laser cutting when cutting different thickness of metal sheet, also for cutting of the bend
or uneven metal sheets;a automatic focusing height follower is used for laser cutting system.
An automatic sensor senses the capacitance from the tip of the isolated cutting nozzle to the metal being cut.
This data is then fed into the Height Follower Controller;if the metal sheet have wavy surfaces or uneven,the
focus height follower can ensure constant distance between the focal place and the plane of the metal sheets to
be cut,so that consistent cutting quality can be achieved,It can avoid defects caused by wavy metal surfaces and
also avoid the damage of the nozzle head to crash on the uneven metal sheet.
