Production Introduction
DLF series of sheet and ear material recycling machines are applicable for extruder (films,friction-tape sheets,sheet metal, etc) .when production line equipment is at work, qualified products and more than two edge feeds (i.e. ear feed) are produced, the side feeds are produced while maintaining a clean, dry and immediately synchronize and are compacted by tractor before entering the crushing room, where they are cut into flake pellets which are then immediately blown (sucked) by the fan (or suction machine) to the feed entrance of extruder where a small screw feeder and a main screw feeder press and mold both new materials and old materials for recycling use, thus attaining 100% recycled ear materials. In this process, the ear materials cannot be polluted due to oxidation and humidity (blown steam) and the physical intensity stress of the extruder products and color as well as luster cannot be damaged, so product quality can be improved. The benefits of automated recycling of ear feed also include the saving of cost and materials, the improvement of production process management, the enhancement of the competition. And environmental improvement, but the biggest effect is the improvement of the traditional productivity.
