Technology Features
The rinsing machine applies high-intensive spring type stainless steel bottle gripper to make sure stable turns for glass bottle. The rinsing nozzle can reach to the wall and bottom of the bottle to realize a clear rinsing.
This machine applies high-precision mechanical filling valve. Tank inside liquid level and injection use variable signal proportional control. The filling is fast, stable and accurate and has two times vacuumization function.
This machine can be suitable for different bottle types such as the screw type and the ordinary type as shown in the right picture.
The dimension of this machine is 1650×1050×2500mm (L*W*H) and the weight is 1500KG. So this machine has less occupation area. Thus, it will be easy for the user to operate.
All the valve, tank and pipe touching the materials are all made of stainless steel 304. The inside and outside walls are all polished. No dusty corners.
