2.  Easy maintenance: our fenders just need inflation once every six months.

3. Low transportation cost: our fenders can be deflated and folded for transportation, thus saving about two thirds of the transportation cost.

marine  rubber  fender Description:

Pneumatic fenders are ideal for permanent & semi-permanent port applications where there is a solid faced quay structure or suitable supporting frame i.e. ideal in the situations where a fixed fender is not applicable such as to Ship-To-Ship (STS) operations off shore and some Ship-To-Wharf (STW)

operations and suitable for the use at a quay where the tidal range is large. Since pneumatic fenders are very easy to install, they can quickly be redeployed to wherever they are needed.

These pneumatic fenders are also useful as supplementary protection and for special vessels where the permanent fixed fenders may be unsuitable.

Manufactured as per ISO 17357 with 0.5 kg/cm2 and 0.8 kg/cm2 internal pressure, these Fenders are extensively used for ship to ship transfers at mid sea, as well as vessel to berth at dock/jetty.

marine  rubber  fender Specifications and sizes :

The guaranteed energy absorption of marine rubber fenders are the energy absorption at 60% deflection. This value can be use in engineering design and actual operation. Table gives the sizes, weights and technical performance of pneumatic marine rubber fenders.
