Pretreatment Step
The main process steps: Degreasing, rust cleaning, phosphate and passivation. After the pre-treatment, oil , rust and dust will be removed from the workpiece surface, and a layer of uniform and coarse gray phosphate coating which is not easy to rust will generate on the original silver gloss surface. It is can anti-rust and increase adhesion of spraying coating.
Steps and purposes of powder curing.
Process steps: After spraying, push workpiece into the oven. Heat to a predetermined temperature (Typically 185 degrees centigrade) , and hold for a period ( 15 minutes ) .
Get out from the oven. Cooling and then get finished products.
Purposes: Heat the powder coating surface to a predetermined temperature and hold for an appropriate period of time. Make it melt, levelling and cure, resulting in the surface effect we want.
