FUNCTIONS

3. by maintaining the airflow at design levels. During operation overspray powder accumulates on the cartridge filters. As the cartridge filters load, airflow decreases and negative pressure rises within the air handler. A timer activates a system of air purging valves that clear the cartridge filters of accumulated powder to ensure maximum life.

Installation

1,Make sure that the installation area has a level

2,make sure the booth grounded

3,connect to the air supply

Operation

Turn on

1. Turn on the poer,Press the turn on fan blue bottom.

2. turn on the powder coating gun, Start to spray.

3. after 30 mins powder coating, please press the pulse bottom to make the powder which attached onto the filter dropping.  

Turn off

1. Turn off the fan ,clean up the powder which dropped into the booth

2. turn off the power..

 MAINTENANCE

1. Clean up the powder in the hang often

2. clean the filter often.
