Horizontal rectangle chamber made of SUS316L, with smooth and round corners,

firm and safety for useHeat resistant silicon rubber door gasket in accord

with cGMP regulations.

 

The external cover made of SUS304 which makes the equipment more easily cleaning.

Diploid temperature sensor for control system and recording system individual.

 

High quality silicate insulation cotton can effectively lower energy emitting consumption

and heat radiation.

 

The Electric heating elements are made of SUS316L mounted on a sliding frame for easy

removal and maintenance.

 

HEPA filter is provided to filter the air circulating in the chamber to avoid the items

sterilized recontamination. HEPA efficiency: >=99.99%

 

PLC control system with touch screen HMI to ensure stable cycle running control and

easy friendly operation

Description:

 

1. In this system there is one path of circulating Hot Air in between the inner chamber and

insulation. Forced air, moved by the motorized blower results in minimum temperature variation

at any point in working space.

 

2. Temperature controlled by Digital Indicator cum Controller PID based with Safety Alarm from

50ºC to 250ºC with a Sensitivity of +/- 1ºC or better in Bare Oven. Working chamber is made of

Stainless steel 304/316  grade and outside made of mild steel painted with good stoving enamel

with adjustable wire mesh Nickel plated trays.

 

3. The programme for sterilisation only starts when the set temperature has been reached. This

feature can also be used with freely positionable Pt100 temperature sensors. Here the

sterilisationtime only begins when the set temperature has been reached at all measuremen

points, and

reliable sterilisation is guaranteed at all times.
