Pneumatic piston cryogenic stainless steel on-off ball valve

ZSHOD Series Cryogenic Ball Valve, two pieces design in small size, and three pieces design in large size. Adopt full bore ball, large rated flow coefficient and small flow resistance. The ball is using special surface treatment technology to ensure the good abrasion resistance. Valves with PTFE seats can reduce the wear, and improve sealing performance and extend the service life. Valves can be equipped with gear, pneumatic and electric actuator. The size is DN15500mm(NPS1/220),Pressure is PN1.6~16.0MPa(Class150~900).

Feature:

• Seat Limit Structure(torque stabilize):Seat seal ring pre-tight and limit, reduce torque;
• Blowout-proof stem.
• All valves with graphite packing and backup seal are inherently fire safe
• Anti-static device. A spring-loaded pin assures the electrical continuity between the ball, stem and body, to avoid sparking during the turning of the stem to open and close the valve.
