Optical microscope structure

The structure of ordinary optical microscope is mainly divided into three parts: the mechanical part, the illumination part and the optical part.

The mechanical part

(1) the base of the microscope, which is used to support the whole body.

(2) the mirror column: it is a vertical part of the mirror seat, which is used to connect the mirror seat and the mirror arm.

(3): one end connected to the Jingzhu mirror arm, one end connected to the barrel, is to take place when the hand holding part microscope.

The lighting part

Installed in the table below, including mirrors, light collector.

(1) mirror: mounted on top of the mirror seat can rotate in any direction, it is flat, concave on both sides and its role is to reflect the light source to the condenser, through the light hole lighting specimens, concave mirror focusing effect is strong, is suitable for the use of weak light and plane mirror condenser with weak, suitable for strong light use.

(2) set of light (condenser) device is located below the mirror light collector frame, composed of condenser and aperture, its role is to focus light on to the specimen to observe.

Condensing mirror: composed of one or several pieces of lens, sink converging lines, strengthen of specimens of lighting, and the light enters the objective lens, next to the column lens has a regulating screw, rotate it can lift the condenser to adjust the brightness of the strength of the view.

II iris (IRIS): at the bottom of the condenser, composed of ten pieces of sheet metal and the lateral stretched out a handle and push it can be regulated on the pore size, in order to regulate the amount of light.

The optical part

(1) eyepiece: installed in the upper end of the drawtube, usually with 2-3, engraved with 5 x, x 10 or 15 x symbol to indicate the magnification, generally installed 10 x eyepiece.

(2) low magnification lens: installed in the barrel at the lower end of the rotating device, usually 3 - 4 lens, which the shortest engraved with "x 10" symbol, the longer the engraved with "40 *" symbol for high magnification, the longest engraved with "100 *" symbol for oil lens. In addition, in high magnification and oil mirror also often with a circle of line for different colors to show the difference.

The microscope magnification is objective amplification ratio and eyepiece magnification product, such as the object lens is a 10 x, eyepiece 10 x, its magnification for 10 x 10=100.

The microscope eyepiece magnification and length was negatively correlated with objective length and magnification was positively related. The eyepiece length is longer, the lower magnification lens; the longer the length, higher magnification.

Electron microscope structure

By electron microscope lens, vacuum system and power supply cabinet is composed of three parts. Tube electron gun, electron lens, a sample holder, fluorescent screen and photographic agencies such as components, these components are usually top-down assembly into a cylinder; vacuum system consists of vacuum mechanical pump, diffusion pump and the vacuum valve and so on, and through pumping gas pipeline connected with the lens barrel connected, the power supply cabinet by high voltage generator, excitation current regulator and a variety of adjusting control unit.

The electron lens

Electron lens is electron microscope drawtube is one of the most important components, it with a symmetrical to the axis of the tube of space electric field or magnetic field enable electron trajectory to axis of bending forming focus, its role and glass convex lens the focused beam similar, so called electron lens. Most modern electron microscopes use electromagnetic lenses, which are produced by a very stable DC field current with a strong magnetic field generated by the coil of the pole shoe.

The electron gun

The electron gun is composed of tungsten cathode, cathode and gate components. It can transmit and form an electron beam with uniform velocity, so the stability of the accelerating voltage is not less than 1/10000.
