Combined  pressure relief valve

Acting pressure relief valve

The most simple valve, direct acting valve, with a flat diaphragm or bellows. Because it is independent of the structure, so there is no need to install an external sensing line downstream. It is a three volume valve in the smallest and most economical use, designed for low flow. Direct acting valve is usually the accuracy of the downstream set point +/-10%.

Piston type pressure relief valve

The two types of valve sets a valve pilot valve and main valve - in one. Pilot valve design and direct acting valve similar. The discharge pressure from the pilot valve acting on the piston, the piston to open the main valve. If the main valve is large, can not directly open, this design will open the main valve entrance pressure. Therefore, this type of valve, compared with direct acting pressure reducing valve in the same pipe size, the capacity and accuracy (+/-5%) higher. The same with direct acting pressure reducing valve is the internal perception of the pressure relief valve, install the sensor without external line.

Film type pressure relief valve

In this type of valve, double diaphragm instead of the inner guide valve in the piston. This increases the area of the diaphragm to open the main valve, and in the same pipe size, the capacity of Binet guide valve piston greater. In addition, the diaphragm is more sensitive to pressure, accuracy up to +/-1%. Higher accuracy is due to the positioning of the downstream sensing line (valve external), their location less volatile gas or liquid. The valve is very flexible and can be used by different types of valves (such as temperature, air pressure valve, valve loading valve, solenoid valve or several valves at the same time supporting the application).
