Figure 1002 hammer union is designed of replaceable lip-type seal ring, which is made from high quality nitrile, to minimize flow turbulence. And the replaceable lip-type seal ring can extend service life of union. Besides, the seal ring makes the sealing effect better. The lip-type seal ring is almost similar to that of figure 602 hammer union during working. It is designed for high pressure systems, including vehicle systems. It is also used as non-pressure seal union. It is recommended for cementing, fracturing, acidizing, testing and choke & kill pipeline. It is suitable for air, water, oil, gas or mud of 10000 psi working pressure. Its test pressure is 15000 psi. The nut is red and parts are blue. It is available with threaded and butt weld.
