It comprises electric cambinet, cool water circulation system, rack, rotating paddles, lifter and motor etc. It is completely made of high quality stainless steel.It adopts mechanical stepless speed or variable speed for mating with the meatball former.

The meatball come from meatball shaping machine will go into the meatball cooler through lifter, then cold water circulation and rotating paddle will forward them to the end of water trough. It assembled with cooling trough to load ice, the refrigeration could also be assembled directly.
