Single-row Angular contact ball bearings can sustain radial, axial or combined loads with the axial load being from one direction. The larger contact angle type has better axial load capacity while the smaller contact angle type has higher speed ratings. Available with polyamide, steel or bronze cages/retainers. Available in bore dimension from 10 mm to 170 mm.

Type: Single row angular contact bearings are designed to give maximum thrust capability as required in machine tools, pumps, gearboxes etc. They are single direction thrust bearings and therefore are usually found with an opposing bearing unless the axial load is always in one direction. They are most commonly used in pairs which are supplied as matched sets these can be found in our precision bearings section.

Angular contact ball bearing type:

Single row angular contact ball bearing: only carry a direction of the axial load, when in bear radial load, can cause additional axial force must be applied to the corresponding reverse load, therefore, the bearings are generally used in pairs.

Double row angular contact ball bearing: At the same time can bear radial and axial load joint load, limit shaft on both sides of the axial displacement.
