It has two types: explosion-proof type and non explosion-proof type. Explosion-proof type: Used for coal mining and laneway working. By matching with different drill rods, it can be used to excavate the laneway, to prospect for water of coal seam, for gas as well as to drill the gas release hole or fire extinguishing hole and so on.

Drills holes horizontally forward or tilt up, only need to control the handwheel, the drill will track forward and backward automatically on the railway.
