Quality Control of GFS Leachate Storage Tanks

1. Raw materials testing in the factory: ingredient analysis, impurities test.

2. Recipe finalized small samples test : enamel fluidity test, chromatic difference analysis, enamel burning experiment, acid and alkali resistance testing, glossy, adhesion etc,

3. Middle stage products test: amplification experiment simulated  environment

4. Destructive testing, detection, impact test, 1500 V holiday test, sliced electric microscope analysis.

Acid Resistance Test of GFS Leachate Storage Tanks

1. 10% citric acid solution

2. Place on the overlapping of three filter paper 3cmx3cm, use a dropper to drop the 10% citric acid solution, 

3. After 15 minutes at room temperature 20 - 25, remove the filter paper and rinse with water.

4. Check the enamel surface

1. Test the adhesive ability of glassed lined sheet

2. Put the enameled steel on the base of hydropress, close decompression valve

3. Make hydropress pressing up to 15MPa
