Description:
Calcined Petroleum Coke is made from raw petroleum coke,which is calcined in furnace at a high temperature(1200-1300).
Graphitized Petroleum Coke is mainly used for carbon pickup in S.G.Iron. Also GPC is used for adding into inoculants. Graphitized Petroleum Coke is having an important function in Ductile Cast iron industry and it is having high carbon content and low sulphur content. For GPC use, especially after the process of desulfurizing and grain size classification, is a new product for improving techniques and steel quality in steel-smelting industry.
Application range
Carbon additive mainly used in steelmaking to add the carbon content in steel.
