Central Programable Continuous PU Casting Machine Serving with Mold Carriers
Configurated with a total of 4 mixing heads (2 iso + 2 polyol), 2 foam heads now + 2 heads in the near future, the type HC-201 series high pressure foaming machine is applicable for ISO and POLY two components. This foaming line can fulfill production requirements of four sets of hydraulic mould carriers.

“L” type piston type mixing head provides self-clean function.
4 effective adjustable needle nozzles
ISO flow meter---2 sets,flow rate range:0.5-70L/min, accuracy±0.5g; it can automatically control output flow rate at both open and close loop mode.
Equipped with: chiller, pressure increasing valve, safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve, visible water level gauge.
Temperature control unit: 2sets
2 sets of chillers to control temperature of material POLY & ISO separately.
Auto refilling system: 2sets
When the day tank is short of material, the gear pump will automatically refill the ISO and POLY material.

FAQ:
1. How long will your engineer reach our factory?
Within one week after the machine arrived at your factory.
2. How many days will you finish installing?
For low pressure and high pressure injection machines, 10 days will be enough for our technicians to
complete the equipment installation, erection, start-up commissioning and personnel training.
For PU molding machine, mold carriers, and sandwich panel production lines, 25 to 30 days are
necessary for our technician to complete the assembly, installation, erection, start-up commissioning
and personnel training.
3. What would be charged for your engineers to install and train our people at oversea plant?
Usually are the costs invoving in the asigned ngineer's visa, air tickets, acommodations,
and their salary. It is our policy to charge USD 150 per capita per day.
4. How long is your machine's warranty period?
All our machines are with one year guarantee, starting from the date of completing the commissioning.
5. How could we do after one year warranty period?
We also can do service for you, but you need pay salary for my technician 80USD/day.
6. What should we do if the parts broken within warranty?
We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date.
7. Does your engineer understand English?
Our engineers understand a little English. All of our engineers have more than five years mechanical
installation experience. In addition, they can use body language to communicate with your people.
8. Can you help us find any engineer in our location?
Of course, we will check and inform you as soon as possible.
