Product Description
A roll for cold formed sections is a crucial part of a machine set used in producing cold formed section steel. Cold forming is an advanced forming process known for its energy conservation, small material consumption and high efficiency. A combination of roll and cold forming processes brings about numerous benefits, and our rolls are widely used in the production of section steels for different applications. These rolls and section steel uses include sheet piles, containers, automobiles, buildings, shelves, doors, windows, elevators, air conditioners, washers, furniture, highway guardrails, and rail ways in public transportation, electricity transmission towers and more.
We produce these rolls in different sizes and use a variety of materials, including D2 (SKD11), Cr12MoV, Cr12Mo1 V1, Cr12, 9Cr2Mo, GCr15, 40Cr, and #45 steel, which allows our customers to choose the material best suited to their needs and actual working conditions.
Our roll is black finished or coated in chrome and other protective materials. The hardness is HRC58-62, with a forging ratio of 1:4 or 1:5.
