Product Description
E308L-16 is an extra low carbon electrode for the welding of type 304L, 321, and 347 stainless steels. The controlled ferrite in the weld deposit gives excellent notch toughness at cryogenic temperatures. This electrode deposits a maximum of 0.04% carbon in the weld metal to minimize the formation of chromium carbides and consequent susceptibility to intergranular corrosion.

This is low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel type of electrode with Titanium-calcium coating.It provides excellent mechanical performance as well as anti-intercry stalline corrosion performance between.It can be operated on both AC and DC with outstanding operation performance.
Application:
It is suitable for welding structure of super-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel, It also suitable for welding the structure of anti-corrosion stainless steel Cr19Ni11Ti which working temperature below 300 °c, It is mainly used for equipment manufacturing of fibre, fertilizer and petroleum industry.
