Product Description
SH421.01 is a kind of rutile carbon steel electrode with good mechanical properties, plasticity and impact toughness, which is characterized by excellent welding performance, stable arc, moderate slag viscosity, pleasant electrode manipulation, good slag detachability, fine welding bead, smooth appearance, little splash, intermittent welding, easy restriking and ignition.Available for all position welding, AC and DC.
Applicable for welding low carbon steel vessels (A, B or D) built by thin plate structure (the ship superstructure) and non-pressure piping systems etc. Especially suitable for thin small pieces, short welding bead, intermittent weld bead and smooth cosmetic welding.
