Card Production Introduction:

Production Printed on a plastic ABS based sheet, then experienced the steps of punching(so the sheet become individual single card), milling and embedding(IC), punching( to form the plug-in(2FF),/3FF/4FF) ,Programming (personalization of IC), Engraving (personalization of card plastic) and Scratch panel applying (to hide the PIN,PUK), a card is finished.

Production Procdure Chart:

Printing (on ABS Sheet) ⇒ punching ⇒ milling and embedding ⇒ punching ⇒ Programming and Engraving ⇒ Scratch panel applying ⇒ Packing 

2. Production strictly in compliance with GSM SAS standard, strict QC procedure and each workshop installed with 360 angle CCTV camera to closely monitor the production activity to ensure the security, factory is equipped with most modenized facilities and most strict management scheme, the scale is leading among Asia card factories.

Procedure from send inquiry to delivery .

Step 1. customer send inquiry ----> we provide quotation 

Step 2. Customer confirm the price is ok -----> we start to prepare the testing card against technical requirement; or if customer question to our price then we negotiate so as to meet a agreement,then prepare testing card

Step 3. customer receive our testing card and make testings and confirm it's ok or otherwise (if not ok,we correct testing cards)

Step 4. customer release artwork -----> we convert it into the printing proof which will enable to be used for production

Step 5. customer confirm the printing proof ok------> we prepare the sample cards against the printing proof 

Step 6. customer confirm the sample printing is ok and place order and arrange deposit------> after received these we begin to mass produce
