This is automatic solder bar production line, which includes tin ingot melting furnace and automatic tin bar casting machine.
Melting furnace(electromagnetic type)
This solder ingot melting furnace belongs to high electromagnetic melting furnace, the heating method electromagnetic heating is specifically suit for automatic solder billet casting machines. Mainly used for leaded and lead-free solder and tin alloy melting, the furnace is constructed by the melting tin pot, platforms, stirring device, exhaust system and electrical control system.
Outer layer is welded steel structure, tin pot is made of reinforced 304 stainless steel.
Platform is used to place the furnace and operating tools. Around the platform is provided with a fence to ensure safe operation.
Stirring device is used after tin and the added materials completely melted, to make sure tin and added materials are mixed evenly. Stirring device is constructed by the motor, the stirring impeller and the stirring axes.
The stirring device can move up and down, the mixing speed can be inverter control and adjustable, so that it can meet the technological requirements of different materials.
The exhaust device is made by welded steel structure. The hood is movable, the guide rail is arranged on the bracket of the furnace body, the hood is provided with a pulley, the hood is pushed and pulled by a cylinder, as long as the control button is pressed, the hood will move away from the pot mouth, easy for tin feeding.
Electrical control system can automatically control the temperature, as soon as it reaches the set temperature, the system will preserve heat automatically.
This furnace is sensitive for inner temperature, which makes energy saving, easy operation and practical, safe and reliable.
Smoke exhaust system must be installed according to the site produced, designed and installed by the user.

Automatic tin bar casting machine
This machine applies to casting tin bar automatically in a labor-saving way. It is able to pour the tin liquid into the tin mold automatically and lift the ingredients chapter from the mold and eject the final bar all by itself achieving an automatic machine for producing lead-free or with lead tin bar product.
It is consist of machine body, tin liquid incubator, measuring funnel ,tin mould, jacking device, hydraulic system and control system.
Tin liquid is pumped into incubator from melting furnace automatically, the incubator adjusts the tin liquid temperature to optimum state. The valve in incubator opens, the tin water will flow into the tin pot, tin pot is provided with a heat insulation function, to prevent a decline in the tin water temperature to ensure casting temperature required, then automatically the tin water poured into the template, after cooling, automatically jacking the tin bar from the mold to the top.
