Working Principle
Coal rods machine is a machine tool for the different shape of the powder coal. Its working principle is: the motor through the triangle belt transmission to the transmission, the transmission output shaft through the floating coupling to push the propulsion shaft, the propulsion shaft to promote the coal feed through the forming die, and then give birth to an ideal high pressure coal rod.

Structure Features

Installation and Commissioning
1. The installation of spare parts must be thoroughly cleaned, removal of the transport or storage of a long time of rust, and check the parts are not damaged.
2. Based on the diagram on the basis of concrete pouring, and concrete screw, after the solidification of the coal rod machine dipping in concrete based on screw alignment, two concrete grouting, anchor bolts to be solidified, correct the machine level, the machine can be stable test machine.
3. Before the test machine will be the lubrication of lubrication, oil content is moderate. Check all the bolts if there is a loose phenomenon, and tighten. Point to move the machine to see if there is a foreign body or abnormal sound. All confirmed that no party can start running. And check the power direction is correct.
4. The machine idle for 3~5 minutes, then all the normal feeding  trial, new machine feeding should be uniform, moderate (wet and dry water generally contain 12%~15%).

Use and Maintenance  
1.Every shift before the boot of the rotation is flexible; there is no abnormal sound, empty machine running 2-3 minutes to feed production.
2.Raw materials must be processed , the maximum particle size of less than 3mm, adding water, adding binder, curing agent, can be used by mixing retting after 24 hours.
3.Feed the blockage, using wood or bamboo dredge, avoid the use of metal bar.
4.The machine rotating part of the bearing should be the temperature is not more than 60 degrees.
5.Stop before stopping the material, the cylinder body material to squeeze the air down, and the demolition of the machine head, after washing, to prepare for work.

6.In order to make the meter not exceed the load operation, the user to install the current voltage meter, according to the current meter to adjust the amount of material and water content.
