General Description:

This embossing machine have a female and male embossing roller with laser cut patten,solid steel beams makes the rubust frame for the machine. Accurate carving by laser shows nice embossing patten. stucco or cedar or anyother patten that request from the customer. The cedar patten is widely used in making garage doors.

Technical Data:

1. Application:for 0.2-0.7mm or more pure Aluminium plate,  

    Stainless steel sheet ,prepainted steel,galvanizd plate etc.

2. Roller specifications:  42CrMo or higher grade, DIA450~550mm, width:1000~1800mm.

3. Hardness of roller surface:  HRC60~63.

4. Pttern processed by laser engraving machine or CNC.

5. Pressure mode: mechanical pressure or hydraulic.

6. Working speed :1~25m/min,speed changed by inverter
