Introduction of Cement Ball Mill:

adjust the concentration and granularity of solid particles in the slurry by the two class separation system,

which is made up of recycling tank, recycling pump and swirler; 2, when the percentage of solid particles in

the slurry is stable, you can get very fine solid particles because the efficiency separation of swirler will be

promoted by increasing the speed of feeding slurry.

Working Principle of Cement Ball Mill:

The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to

the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different

specification of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the

steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials.
