The autogenous mill introduction:
The autogenous mill is a pulverizing mill with large cylinder and diameter, slow rotation. The material
through the hollow shaft neck enters into the mill inside, in the material mutually effection, the grinding
materials to certain fineness is discharged through the hollow shaft neck.
The autogenous mill features:
The biggest characteristic is to make the undressed ores coming from the stope or ores after the primary
crushing, directly into the mill. Usually the minerals in a certain level and ratio get into the mill for rod
milling. The autogenous mill can grind the material into -0.074 mm and its content for products of the total
amount of 20% ~ 50% above. Crushing ratio can reach 4000-5000, great than the ball mill, the rod mill ten
times. The autogenous mill is a kind of both broken and grinding two functions of new grinding equipment.
It is using material itself as medium, through the impact of each other and grinding function to realize
pulverization, and the mill hence gets the name. The mill is also called without medium mill.
According to grinding technology method is different, the mill can be divided into dry type and wet type two
kinds. At present our country wet type autogenous mill is widely used.
