Brief Introduction:

 

GT series dewatering screen is efficient equipment for classification and dehydration and is the ideal

alternative machinery to the traditional tailings, concentrate processing equipment, such as, tailing dam

and thickener.

It is widely used for dehydration or tailings recovery in coal dressing, ore dressing, building materials,

1. Use the vibration motor as vibration source, amplitude can be adjustable, simple and reliable,

convenient maintenance;

2. Equipped with high wear-resisting containment polyurethane screen, modular degree is high, easy to

replace;

3. Adopt the innovative design with 45 degrees standard anticline feeding area, using centrifugal force

auxiliary for dewatering to improve the dewatering level;

4. Adjust the screen angle quickly so as to fine-adjust the production process and realize the

maximization of output and efficiency;

5. High strength ring groove rivet special for vibrating screen is used in the connection part to avoid the

accident that side plate cracks resulting from welding defect ;

6. Adopt low alloy steel (Q345) so the equipment can work well in-40 cold area
