Junhetec JH-8136 Film Forming Phosphating Agent for Zinc manganese metal

Brief Introduction

JH - 8136 metal film forming agent is medium temperature corrosion resistance zinc manganese phosphating liquid,can be widely used for quality surface treatment requirement in railway locomotives, bearing, cylinder liner, piston ring,motorcycle etc.,the workpiece after phosphating can be used as antirust, also can be used for plastic spraying,paint spraying, plastic dipping.

Preparation of tank liquid

Add three-quarters of cold water into working tank,add 50-80kg JH-8136 film forming agent,fully stirring,heat to certain temperature, to test total acid and free acid.

Preparation of tank liquid

         1)Adjust 1000L total acid

With continuous working, total acid will drop,should inspect regularly and supplement,add 2kg of JH-8136 film forming agent,total acidity increased by 1 point.If the total acidity is too high,you can stop feeding,remain normal production, after a period of time to return to normal bath.

2        2) Adjust 1000L free acid

If free acid too high,can add sodium carbonate(or caustic soda) to adjust,usually add every 0.53kg sodium carbonate(or 0.4 caustic soda),can decline free acid 1 point.If the free acid to low,can add phosphoric acid to adjust,usually add every 0.85kg phosphoric acid,can increase free acid by 1 point.

PH value the better 1.5-3.0

test method  

Total acid

   Uuse pipette to move 10 ml solution to conical flask,add 3 to 4 drops of phenolphthalein indicator,then titrated with 0.1N NaOH,until the color from colorless to stable red,then the wasting 0.1N NaOH is the total acidity bath.

Free acid

   Use pipette to move 10 ml solution to conical flask,add 3 to 4 drops of bromorphenol blue indicator,then titrated with 0.1N NaOH,until the color from light yellow to light blue,then the wasting 0.1N NaOH is the total acidity bath.

Equipment requirements

Wear protective glasses, rubber gloves and wear protective clothing during processing.

Avoid direct contact with eyes,skin,clothing and equipment.

Get medical attention if accident happen.
