Total acid Use pipette to move 10 ml solution to conical flask, add 3 to 4 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, then titrated with 0.1N NaOH, until the color from colorless to stable red, then the wasting 0.1N NaOH is the total acidity bath. Free acid Use pipette to move 10 ml solution to conical flask,add 3 to 4 drops of bromorphenol blue indicator,then titrated with 0.1N NaOH, until the color from light yellow to light blue,then the wasting 0.1N NaOH is the total acidity bath. The first preparation 1 m³ Add 200-250kg JH-8523 in the tank, and water to 1 m³,stiring until completely dissolved. Adjust 1m³:With the continuous work of the tank liquid. The total acid will drop gradually, we should add and measure JH-8523 regularly. The tank liquid should add 2kg JH-8523 generally. The free acid will grow up 1.5 point, the total acid will grow up 3 point. Before the work had done ,should using the flowing water wash clearly. And it should be deal with anti-rust.
