Brief Introduction

Suitable for a variety of profiles of aluminum,magnesium alloy parts dipping, spraying passivation.

JH-8245 is low chromium product,the color of film is light yellow to golden rainbow film.Can use together with acid aluminum parts cleaning agent,simplifying working process,save investment, improve efficiency.

Preparation of tank liquid

Add three-quarters of cold water into working tank,add 10kg JH-8245 for each 1000kg tank liquid.

Preparation of tank liquid

1) After working for some time, the efficiency will be decreased. Then should add JH-8245 film forming agent                  

2)When the tank liquid using time is too long, Al3 +and too much impurity ions, should consider replacing the working fluid

test method

Density

Take a certain amount of sample, keeping it at 25 , the density was measured with a hydrometer.

Free acid

1) pipette take 10 ml liquid into the Erlenmeyer flask

2) drops 3 to 4 drops of bromophenol blue indicator;

3) while swinging with 0.1N sodium hydroxide to color from yellow to blue;

4) the number of 0.1N sodium hydroxide used is free acidity.
