Carbon Steel Plastic Bottle Label Remover for Remove waste bottle Labels
Introduction
1. This machine can process bottle with diameter of 5-15cm, length 15-30cm, suitable for removing labels from PET water bottle, PE/PP bottle and other plastic bottle.
2. There is rubbing paddle(blades) on the main working shaft, which can rub and scratch the bottle labels and make the bottle get loosened. Screw pusher will push the label and bottle cap to the mouth of air blower, where the label and cap can be sucked away.
3. Label removing/separating percentage is 100%
4. Caps removing/separating percentage is 70-80%.
5. There is single shaft air label remover and three shaft air label remover.
