Summary

Electric V~type control ball valve, with AOX series actuator, no need servo magnifier, input (4~20mA DC

or 1~5V DC)signal and single~phase power to control the operation, achieve to the adjustment of

pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level etc. There is V incision on discs ,bring forth shearing force by

rotating relatively with hard sealing valve seat which can cut fiber and avoid jamming, It is high flowage

and accuracy of adjustment, well sealing, light etc. It is the optimal product that take the place of imported product,

 and suitable for most occasion except small~caliber ,angle form, connect in three way, especially used for the

adjustment of slurry, fiber medium and medium with micro float particle. Electric V~type

adjusting ball valve widely applies to  the automatic control system such as paper making, sugar

manufacturing, petroleum, chemical industry, and metallurgy.

As a integral valve body without any tube fitting ,it is not exposed to the force from channel or bolt, and more, the pressure-resistance shell is not affected by the sudden change of pressure.

There is PTFE stainless steel discs or O type gasket ring at the out diameter of the leak-proof valve seats, which is made of tungsten cobalt alloy in big section, it can strengthen the structure of valve seat by a alloy wave spring.

The valve body can ensure the accurate control if in the measuring range although little  current or high viscous medium.

There is wedge shearing force between V~type breach and valve seat when close the valve, which is self-cleaning and anti-jamming, especially suit for controlling occasion which contain fiber fluid, slurry fluid, high  viscous fluid, and particulate matter, crystallize fluid
